Biography
Rev. Dr. Anthony Chow is currently the Academic Dean, Professor of Practical Theology of Canadian Chinese School of Theology, the Principal of International School of Christian Education and the Academic Dean of CCST Toronto. Rev. Chow holds a B.A. in Religious Studies at McMaster University, a M.Div. in Christian Education at Ontario Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Christian Education & Leadership and Post-Doctoral research studies in Adult Education & Christian Higher Education at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has ministered at parachurch organizations, theological schools and churches for over 30 years. Prior to joining CCST (Toronto), he served as the Vice President of New York Theological Education Center and the Academic Vice President of Chinese Online School of Theology. His calling and passion is in Christian Education, leadership development, and practical theology. Since 1989, he has trained and taught in North America, Southeast Asia and Europe; and has taught at seminaries and churches in Mainland China since 2004. He is an ordained minister with Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec, and a member of Markham Chinese Baptist Church. Dr. Chow also serves local churches as Voluntary Pastor and Consulting Pastor since 2003.
